Don Jackson

Don Jackson is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at ION since March 2020, Don leads multiple global teams and developed a risk-driven security program aligned with business objectives. Prior to this, Don held the position of Global Head of IT Security at ION, where oversight of IT security personnel and collaboration with IT leadership were key responsibilities. Don's earlier tenure includes significant roles at Fidessa as IT Security Manager for the Americas, IT Manager & Technical Information Security Officer, and various positions in customer support and technical analysis earlier in the career. Don's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from the University of Liverpool and a Culinary Arts certificate from George Brown College.
