Michael Hernandez

Michael Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to the present. Most recently, they have served as a Customer Experience Director at ion Learning starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at PRZM from January 2023 to November 2023, where they successfully managed multiple projects, implemented agile methodologies, and improved project completion rates. From October 2020 to January 2023, Michael worked as a Client Services Manager at Collective DEI, where they provided leadership, implemented a client feedback system, and successfully managed relationships with high-profile clients. They also had experience working at Applied Materials, PRO Unlimited, Gucci, Practice Sense Inc, Webbege, UserTesting, and The Admirals Experience in various roles.

Michael Hernandez attended San Jose City College from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Psychology. Currently, they are enrolled at San Diego State University from 2022 to 2023, pursuing a field of study in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
