Paul Minifee

Paul Minifee, PhD, currently serves as the Vice President of Learning and Development at ion Learning since September 2019. Previously, Paul held positions at San Diego State University from August 2006 to February 2022, where roles included Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. Prior to that, Paul was an Erskine Peters Fellow and Visiting Faculty at the University of Notre Dame from August 2003 to August 2006. Paul Minifee earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, where Paul also completed a Master's degree in English and Rhetoric, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology.
