Farag Elmegresi

Farag Elmegresi has a diverse work experience in various industries. Farag began their career in 2011 as an Officer at the Ministry of Defence in Libya. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at GEOMATIKA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE and then transitioned to become an HR Manager at Nove Metal Recycling Sdn Bhd. Starting in 2017, they also worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Toucan Relocation Services & Consultants (TRSC). In 2021, they took on the role of University Lecturer at Libyan International Medical University. Currently, Farag is the Human Resources Director at ION Telecom and Technology, where they are responsible for strategic HRM planning, directing employees, and organizational development.

Farag Elmegresi pursued their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Geomatika University College. Farag attended this institution from 2014 to 2018. Later on, from 2019 to 2021, they earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Sunway University. Concurrently, during the same period, they also pursued CIPD Qualifications in Human Resources Management, focusing on a Level 7 certification.
