Shea Morrison

Shea Morrison is a highly experienced professional in quality management and account management, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Bruker OST since November 2022 and as a Quality Manager at Ionbond IHI Group since March 2021. Previous roles include Quality Manager and Senior Quality Engineer at Bruker OST, where notable achievements include winning the 2016 Oxford Instruments Chairman’s Award for Operational Excellence. Shea has also held quality management positions at EMD Millipore Corporation and Gerresheimer Glass Inc, implementing successful quality strategies that resulted in significant cost savings and reductions in defects. Early career experience includes roles in product development and engineering at Cormetech Inc, Corning Inc, and Maida Development Company. Shea holds a Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Engineering from Rutgers University.
