Dominica Palacio

Dominica Palacio has worked in the Human Resources field since 1999. Dominica began their career as a Human Resources Representative at TCF Bank, where they supported human resources initiatives, talent acquisition and management, provided support for problem solving and coaching of management for resolution to employee relations issues, and applied principles and practices of human resources management to contribute to the success of 43 branches. In 2000, they moved to Cyltec L.L.C., where they served as Human Resources Manager. Dominica then worked at L&S Associates, Inc. from 2008 to 2013 as a Human Capital Management Manager. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Dart Container as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Most recently, they have been employed at People Matters, LLC since 2018 as a Human Resources Consultant. Dominica is currently serving as Vice President of Administration at Ionetix since 2022.

Dominica Palacio received a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University between 1991 and 1995. Dominica then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School between 1997 and 2000, with a focus in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
