Jeff Gardner

Jeff Gardner has over 10 years of experience in the talent acquisition and employee experience fields. Jeff began their career in 2010 as a Marketing/Sales Representative at Mobile MBS Inc. In 2011, they joined TEKsystems as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter. In 2014, they moved to inContact as a Communications Analyst. In 2015, they joined Intermountain Healthcare as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. In 2019, they were Employee Experience Manager at Galileo Financial Technologies. In 2020, they were Sr. Client & Talent Acquisition Manager at KĒSTA I.T. and Program Manager, Employee Experience at SoFi. In 2021, they are currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Ionic.

Jeff Gardner received a BS in Economics from Westminster College in 2010, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution in 2019.
