Belinda Cowling

Belinda Cowling currently serves as the Vice President of Biomarker Research at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a position held since August 2023. With a robust background in scientific research, Belinda has been an Associate Research Scientist at INSERM since October 2014 and previously held multiple roles at Dynacure, including Chief Scientific Officer and Head of Research, from January 2017 to April 2023. Earlier experience includes work as a Postdoctoral Researcher at IGBMC and various positions at Monash University, culminating in a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Belinda's academic credentials also include an Honour's degree and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, both from Monash University, along with a French Habilitation from the University of Strasbourg.
