Tom Lozynskyj Cmgr Fcmi

Tom Lozynskyj CMgr FCMI has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Tom began their career as a Food And Beverage Assistant at Corus Hotels in 2001 and later transitioned to Choice Hotels International, where they worked as a Food and Beverage Manager/Duty Manager. In 2008, they joined Fasthosts, starting as a First Line Technical Support agent and eventually being promoted to Senior Technical Support Advisor and Reseller Support Manager. During their time at Fasthosts, they gained extensive knowledge and experience in managing customer support teams and offshore contact centers. In 2023, they joined IONOS as the Head of UK Operations. Throughout their career, Tom has been responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, meeting business objectives, setting and communicating objectives, managing resources, identifying learning and development needs, and ensuring key performance indicators are met or exceeded.

Tom Lozynskyj CMgr FCMI received their Bachelor's degree in Chartered Management from the University of Roehampton in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained an HND in Computing from The University of Huddersfield in 2007.
