Manfred Maier has a wealth of experience in customer experience and stakeholder management. Manfred began their career in 2000 as a Senior Consultant in Stakeholder Management at Kantar TNS. During their time there, they held roles as Global Director of Customer Strategies, Global Senior Director of Customer Strategies, and Global Platform Solutions Lead of Customer Experience. In 2018, they joined Kantar as Global Senior Director of Customer Experience. Most recently, in 2021, they joined IONITY as Customer Experience Manager. IONITY is a joint venture of BMW Group, Daimler AG, Ford Motor Company, and the Volkswagen Group with Audi and Porsche, and is responsible for building a network of reliable and powerful charging stations across Europe.
Manfred Maier received their Diplom in Business from Universität Passau in 1999. During their studies, they also attended Aston Business School from 1997 to 1998 to study Business Administration. In 2015, they obtained the Medallia - Customer Experience Professional certification from the Medallia Institute. In 2019, they obtained the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) certification from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
