Pauline Mignan

Pauline Mignan is a seasoned professional in network management and operations within the electric vehicle charging sector, currently serving as Teamlead Network Management at IONITY since 2018. Key responsibilities include overseeing SLA performance, coordinating commissioning efforts, and developing outsourcing strategies for a high-power EV charging network spanning 24 countries and over 600 sites as of 2024. Previously, Pauline held several roles at IONITY, including Operations Manager for Western Europe and Rollout Manager for France and Benelux. Prior experience includes positions at Tesla as a Junior Installation Manager and intern, as well as a summer internship at ENEDIS. Pauline holds a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Energy Systems from Grenoble INP - UGA and has an extensive educational background in mathematics and physics.
