Stephan Riechel has a wealth of work experience. From 2008 to 2020, they have worked for various companies in a range of roles. In 2008, they worked as a Warehouse Clerk for Hans Segmüller Polstermöbelfabrik GmbH & Co. KG. In 2010, they completed their Civil Service for Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Landesverband Hessen e.V. From 2011 to 2012, they were the Head of Department for Speaker Acquisiton at bayreuther dialoge. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Student Research Assistant at the University of Bayreuth. Stephan Riechel has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy & Economics from the University of Bayreuth, obtained between 2011 and 2015. Stephan then obtained a Master of Arts degree in Politics, Administration & International Relations from Zeppelin University, Friedrichshafen, between 2015 and 2017. Stephan has also obtained a Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org in 2022, a Scholarship / Stipendium from Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft (sdw) gGmbH in 2012, and a Scaled Professional SCRUM (SPS) certification from Scrum.org.
