Sweta Bajaj

Sweta Bajaj has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Sweta is currently working as a Computer Vision Data Scientist at Ionpath since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at HiberCell (previously Genuity Science) as a Machine Learning Engineer from October 2020 onwards. Sweta also held the role of Bioinformatics Programmer at the same company from July 2018 to September 2020. Sweta Bajaj briefly worked as a Data Scientist at HiberCell from May 2017 to December 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Teacher Assistant at Level Education, Northeastern University, where they trained working professionals in tools and languages such as SQL, R, Excel, Orange, and Tableau, and assisted students with statistical analysis and implementing solutions. Sweta Bajaj also has experience as a Software Engineer at Zensar Technologies from September 2014 to January 2016. Sweta worked as an Onsite Coordinator and Cognos Consultant at XL Catlin from March 2015 to August 2015, where they coordinated between the client technical team and offshore team and conducted training for business intelligence tools. Sweta Bajaj started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at L&T Infotech from September 2011 to September 2014. In this role, they worked on BI upgrade and development projects, including ETL development and data modeling using COGNOS tools.

Sweta Bajaj earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from North Maharashtra University between 2007 and 2011. Sweta then pursued a Master's Degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University in Boston from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Sweta holds certifications in SQL Concepts for Oracle and is an IBM Certified Designer for Cognos 10 BI Author and IBM Certified Developer for Cognos 10 Metadata Modeller.
