Jae Pak

Jae Pak's work experience includes various roles in program management and leadership positions at multiple companies. Jae is currently working as the VP of Program Management at IonQ Inc., a role that they started in November 2019. Prior to this, Jae worked at Amazon for several years. Their roles at Amazon included Senior Manager of Technical Program Management, where they led a team in developing strategies to drive customer actions and implemented machine learning algorithms to improve the shopping experience. Jae also served as the Senior Manager of Technical Program Management for Prime Delivery Experience, managing a team and overseeing multiple projects generating significant revenue. Additionally, Jae held the position of Principal Technical Program Manager, specializing in fulfillment technologies and marketplace operations. Before joining Amazon, they worked at VIACK Corporation as a Senior Program Manager and at RealNetworks and vJungle.com in program management roles. Jae's early career included roles at Intel Corporation as a Manufacturing Supervisor and in the US Army as a Platoon Leader.

Jae Pak attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1986 to 1990. Jae obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science during this time.
