Saroj Suman

Saroj Suman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and team management. Currently serving as a TAC Manager at iOPEX Technologies since September 2022, Saroj has previously held significant roles at Concentrix, including Team Leader, Subject Matter Expert, Senior Technical Support Specialist, and Technical Support Representative from May 2015 to October 2022, where responsibilities included motivating employees, driving process improvements, and handling escalated customer issues.
