David Moore

David Moore is a highly experienced Senior Evaluation, Monitoring and Resettlement Expert at IOS Partners, Inc., contributing to the Mid Term Evaluation of the MCA Compact in Malawi. As a freelance Resettlement Specialist since 2015, David Moore has been involved in the strategic Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) of Mozambique's mining and gas sectors, overseeing multiple phases of the project. Previous roles include serving as a Consultant Environmental and Social Expert for the Inter American Development Bank and as a Social Development Consultant with David Moore Consulting, where David Moore has developed expertise in project management, social analysis, and monitoring and evaluation. David Moore holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Anthropology from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science in Social Anthropology from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
