Navin J Karunatilaka

Navin J Karunatilaka has extensive experience in project and member services management across various industries. Currently serving as Member Services Manager at IoT Alliance Australia since July 2022, Navin oversees the design and administration of member services aimed at attraction and retention. Previously, Navin worked as Project Manager at Mulgrave Consulting Group, managing stakeholders and ensuring timely project delivery. Navin has also held significant roles at Metrolinx, leading the Presto transport travel card project and navigating complex regulatory frameworks, and at PepsiCo, where leadership spanned a team of 25 and involved major process improvements and automation projects. Additional experience includes project management roles at Allianz Insurance and charitable project coordination during a practicum at BASF, alongside early career experience as an Attorney-at-Law in Sri Lanka. Navin holds multiple advanced degrees in law and project management from reputable institutions.
