Jorgen Bjorkner

Jorgen Bjorkner has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on cloud technology, VoIP, and agile product development. Jorgen is the CEO and founder of IOT Communications, a platform dedicated to bringing voice and video capabilities to IoT applications. Prior to this, Jorgen worked as a self-employed advisor, helping companies become agile and utilize cloud technology. Jorgen also served as the Cloud CTO at Mitel, where they led teams of Cloud Solution Architects and the product management team for the Cloud business unit. Jorgen was the CTO of Telepo AB from 2004 to 2015, where they designed and built large-scale telecommunications services. Jorgen also held positions on the board of directors for SIP Forum and Vovida.org, and worked as the VP of Concept Development at Hotsip. Jorgen's career began as an Internet researcher at Telia Research, where they played a significant role in standardizing SIP as the future communication protocol.

Jorgen Bjorkner obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, attending from 1992 to 1996.
