Christina Baaklini

Christina Baaklini has over six years of experience in product management, engineering change, and project engineering. In 2022, they began their current role as Product Owner at IoTecha Corp, where they collaborate with management on creating and executing an overall product vision and strategy for EV Chargers. Christina oversees the manufacturing and feature development for assigned products from start to finish to ensure they meet the customers' needs and manages the product feature backlog by creating a product roadmap which coordinates and communicates what features will be implemented and their availability.

Prior to this, Christina was a Product Change Manager at Reckitt from 2021. In this role, they oversaw and coordinated the project management work associated with the successful and timely introduction of new products and any changes to existing products, labels, or displays. Christina created and maintained the timeline for new products and major product change overs, and was responsible for end to end management of new product introductions.

From 2016 to 2021, Christina was a Senior Project Manager for Engineering Change and Technical Project Engineer at ZT Systems. As Senior Project Manager, they managed a team in an Agile environment, realizing success through application of engineering methodologies and exceptional leadership skills. Christina created Bills of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change Orders that affected manufacturing processes, and liaised with company executives and project managers to acquire resources to move projects forward.

In 2015, Christina worked as a Summer Intern at WINLAB, where they worked on a project involving the use of Universal Software Radio Peripherals (USRPs) in ORBIT to detect which frequencies are in use at any given time. Christina used WINLAB's Wiserd framework and MATLAB/Octave for signal processing to detect with optimal speed and efficiency the frequency of any signal transmitted from an unknown source.

Christina Baaklini completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rutgers University from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their General Sciences degree from Sagesse High School from 1998 to 2012.
