Tahiana Weiss

Tahiana Weiss has had a varied and extensive career in instructional design, technical content management, contract management, and teaching. Tahiana began their career in 2005 as an English Teacher at Centro de Cultura Norte Americana (CNA). In 2008, they worked as a Service Coordinator at Indra BMB. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as Global Administrative Assistant at NTRglobal. From 2012 to 2022, they worked at ADP as a Global Instructional Designer & Content Developer and Central Services Setup Global Coordinator. Since 2022, they have been working at IOTICS as an Instructional Designer and Technical Content Manager and at Deliverect as a Global Instructional Designer. In these roles, they have been responsible for making complex technologic concepts into intuitive, easy-to-understand articles, managing a ReadMe article library, determining Learning Objectives for ILT sessions, reviewing existing content to update and modernize it, keeping up with upcoming releases and features, and designing and developing courses.

Tahiana Weiss holds a Bachelor degree in English from the Universidade Federal do Paraná. Additionally, they obtained the HTML Essential Training certification from LinkedIn in November 2021.
