Ben Lam

Ben Lam is currently the Vice President of Information Technology at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc., a leader in TIL Cell Therapy for solid tumors. Prior to this role, Ben held positions such as Global Head of Commercial and R&D IT at Kite Pharma and Director of Commercial IT at KYTHERA, acquired by Allergan Inc. Ben has extensive experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, and commercialization activities in the pharmaceutical industry. Ben holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Utah and a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
