Emelyn Haft

Emelyn Haft is a highly experienced quality and compliance engineer currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer and Senior Compliance Engineer at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Emelyn worked as a Process and Validation Engineer at LAPORTE, focusing on client needs in the pharmaceutical industry from January 2020 to September 2022, and as a Process Engineer at ARx, LLC, from January 2018 to January 2020, where responsibilities included addressing CAPAs and maintaining cleaning validation processes. Emelyn began with a solid foundation in engineering through co-chairing the Freshmen Engineering Conference and serving as a Research Assistant during a 12-week internship at the University of Pittsburgh, where a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering was earned in December 2017. Emelyn further enhanced professional qualifications with a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland Sellinger School of Business and Management from 2019 to 2020.
