Jim Kirk

Jim Kirk has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Jim currently serves as the Director of Quality Compliance at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Quality Operations at Emergent BioSolutions. Jim also had significant experience at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where they held positions such as Quality Assurance Project Lead and Associate Director of Quality Assurance. Before that, they were a Senior Manager and Senior Auditor at Janssen, providing oversight and support for suppliers and external manufacturers. Jim also worked as a Senior Auditor at Global Biologics Supply Chain (GBSC). Additionally, they have held positions at Mentor Worldwide LLC, Discovery Labs, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, and Hoffman La Roche. Jim's expertise includes quality compliance, GMP knowledge, quality system improvements, and corporate governance.

Jim Kirk earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology, General from Bucknell University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. Jim then pursued higher education at Iona University, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management between the years 2003 and 2008.
