Cecilia West

Cecilia West is the Director of Account Management at iovox. Cecilia has over eight years of experience working in the customer service and sales industry. Cecilia has a proven track record of developing relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service. Prior to joining iovox, Cecilia was the Client Liaison and Executive Assistant to the European Head of Sales at RM Sotheby's. Cecilia has also worked as an AVP - Italian Sales at Tradeweb and as an Assistant Lodge Manager at Cheli & Peacock, Kenya. Cecilia is fluent in English and Italian and has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Westminster.

Cecilia West holds a Master's degree in Interpreting and Translation with French and Italian from the University of Bath, as well as a BA (Hons) in Politics, Languages & International Studies with a focus on French and Italian from the same institution.

They work with Jacky Ruggles - Senior Financial Controller, Patrick Verzele - Director of Voice, and Peter Chapman - CIO. Cecilia West reports to Ryan Gallagher, CEO & Founder.
