Penny Schmitt

Penny Schmitt has extensive experience in the insurance and banking industry, holding positions such as Vice President, Privacy Officer, and Compliance Officer at Iowa Bankers. Prior to that, Penny served as an Executive Account Manager at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, working closely with employer groups to provide strategic recommendations on health plan options and wellness solutions. Penny completed their education at William Penn University College for Working Adults and Southwestern Community College in Iowa.
