Shelley Hardisty

Shelley Hardisty is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as Compliance Analyst Manager at Iowa Bankers since March 2014. Prior to this role, Shelley held various positions at Northwest Financial Corp, including Chief Compliance Officer and Audit Manager, and also served as Vice President at First National Bank in Creston from 1985 until 2014. In addition to a strong career in compliance, Shelley was an active member of Financial Women International from 1993 to 2009. Shelley holds a BA in Accounting from Buena Vista University, earned between 1988 and 1990.
