Jared Klein

Jared Klein is an experienced civil engineer with a comprehensive background in transportation engineering and construction management. Currently serving as a Maintenance Staff Engineer and District 5 Traffic Operations Engineer at the Iowa Department of Transportation since November 2013, Jared has held various roles within the department, including Resident Construction Engineer. Previous engineering positions include Project Engineer and Inspector at Fuhrmann Engineering, as well as Project Engineer roles at Hermann & Associates and IE Consultants. Early career experiences include civil engineering and surveying positions, with foundational education in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
