Jessica L Felix

Jessica L Felix, PE, is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as the District 3 Engineer for the Iowa Department of Transportation since February 2022, overseeing transportation activities across a 19-county area in Northwest Iowa. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions within the Wisconsin Department of Transportation from January 2012 to February 2022, including Northwest Region Deputy Director, Technical Services Supervisor, and Regional Program Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed regional management, engineering supervision, and the development of transportation systems. Jessica's earlier experience includes working as a Structural Engineer at Meyer Borgman Johnson and serving as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
