Jim Armstrong

Jim Armstrong has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, currently serving as an Operations Division Technical Support Engineer at the Iowa Department of Transportation since October 2007. Prior to this role, Jim held several engineering positions with Appanoose County, including Appanoose County Engineer from December 2001 to October 2007, and worked at MoDOT as a Project Development Engineer from January 1990 to November 2001. Jim Armstrong earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, after completing studies at Northeast Missouri State University.
