Brooke Parziale

Brooke Parziale has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Brooke began their career in 2009 as an intern and assistant deputy to the director of strategic employee development at The Department of the Interior. In 2011, they joined AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps as a corps member, and later became a unit support team leader in 2012.

Following their time at AmeriCorps, Brooke worked at Western Alliance Bank as an administrative assistant from 2013 to 2015, before transitioning to the role of human resources specialist for a few months. Brooke then moved on to Minact Incorporated, where they worked as a human resources specialist from 2015 to 2017.

Most recently, Brooke held positions at the Iowa Finance Authority. Brooke started as a human resources manager in 2017 and eventually became the director of human resources in 2019.

Brooke Parziale holds a BBS in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. In addition, they are a Certified Public Manager from Drake University and also holds a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, which they obtained in 2016 and 2019 respectively.
