Sara Buseman

Sara Buseman is the Director of Human Resources at Iowa Judicial Branch with previous experience as Deputy Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, Sara worked at Iowa Department of Transportation for over 20 years, holding roles such as HCM Lead for Workday Project and Benefits, Employment, Development & Data Team Leader. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the University of Iowa.
