Susan Golwitzer

Susan Golwitzer, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources consultant with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Consultant at Smgolwitzer Consulting since December 2011 and as Owner of SG HR Consulting LLC CompClub since September 2021, Susan has also contributed as an Instructor at Iowa Lakes Community College since May 2021. Previous positions include Human Resource and Payroll Manager at Touchstone Energy Cooperative, Human Resources Manager at Rembrandt Foods and Country Maid, Inc., and Human Resource Director at Good Samaritan Society. An MBA graduate from Ashford University with a focus on Human Resources, and a BA in Human Resource Management from Briar Cliff University, Susan is dedicated to enhancing workforce development, ethical business practices, and fostering a positive organizational culture within community entities and various organizations.
