Kyle Pedersen has extensive experience in health information technology and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at the Iowa Primary Care Association since 2010, where responsibilities include advising community health centers and recommending technology solutions. Prior roles at the Iowa Primary Care Association encompassed leading health IT services, managing network operations for health centers, and overseeing EHR operations.
