Kyle Pedersen has extensive experience in health information technology and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at the Iowa Primary Care Association since 2010, where responsibilities include advising community health centers and recommending technology solutions. Prior roles at the Iowa Primary Care Association encompassed leading health IT services, managing network operations for health centers, and overseeing EHR operations. In addition, Kyle has provided consulting services for Lutheran Men in Mission and has managed various projects for Allscripts, ensuring timely implementation of EHR solutions. Educational qualifications include an Executive Fellowship in Community Health Center Leadership from the University of Kansas Medical Center and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Education & Technology from Iowa State University.

The Iowa Primary Care Association (Iowa PCA) has provided technical assistance and training to Iowa’s community health centers to support their ongoing commitment to provide quality, affordable primary and preventive health care to meet community needs since 1988. The Iowa PCA is a non-profit membership association comprised of 13 community health centers and one migrant health program and is recognized as the trusted voice on healthcare, particularly concerning vulnerable populations.
