Hilary Seo

Hilary Seo is currently the Dean of the Library at Iowa State University. Hilary has held this position since June of 1996. Prior to their current position, Ms. Seo was an intern at The Getty Center from January to June of 1996. From 1996 to 2003, they were the Preservation Librarian at Georgetown University Law Center.

Hilary Seo completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Preservation Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, a MA in Library Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a BA in Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara.

Hilary Seo reports to Jonathan Wickert, SVP & Provost. They work with Dawn Bratsch-Prince - Associate Provost, Faculty, Luis Rico-Gutierrez - Dean, College of Design, and Sam Easterling - Dean, College of Engineering.
