Jared Kemper

Jared Kemper has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Vice President & General Counsel at IP Corporation since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Legal & People Officer at Schwan's Home Delivery from November 2018 to July 2023. Before that, Jared worked as the Division Managing Counsel at Schwan's Company from July 2017 to November 2018.

Jared's legal expertise was further developed during their time at Dykema, where they held the roles of Senior Attorney from January 2016 to July 2017 and Attorney from December 2012 to December 2015. Jared began their legal career as an Attorney at Foley & Mansfield, PLLP, where they worked from May 2007 to December 2012.

Additionally, Jared gained valuable experience in commercial lending, sales, collections, and lease finance while working at GMAC from 2002 to 2005.

Jared Kemper has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Jared also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Pepperdine University, with a focus in International Business, Finance, and Economics. Additionally, Jared attended Burnsville Senior High School.
