Joanna Lane-Simm is an experienced operations and communications professional with a strong background in managing high-profile accounts and supporting organizational growth across various sectors. Currently serving as Operations Director at IP Excellera since May 2025, Joanna previously held the same role at Instinctif Partners, where operational support was provided to the Saudi and Dubai offices. Joanna's extensive experience includes positions as Associate Director at ASDA'A BCW, where high-stakes accounts were managed, and Operations Director at TOH PR, where employee value propositions were overseen.
