Steve K. Francis

Steve K. Francis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, currently serving as Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board at IP House since 2024, where commitment to client intellectual property rights and investigative services is paramount. Prior to this, Steve served as a Strategy Consultant at Growth Catalyst Partners, focusing on strategic planning and business optimization to drive client growth. From 2017 to 2023, Steve held several key roles within Homeland Security Investigations, culminating as Acting Executive Associate Director, where leadership was provided to a large workforce and oversight of a significant budget, while managing complex criminal investigations. Earlier, as Director of the National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center, Steve led efforts to combat IP theft and enforce trade laws. Educational background includes a degree in Social Science with a focus on Criminal Justice and Police Science from Michigan State University.
