Hossam Salib has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years. Hossam began their career at PairGain in 1996 as a Senior Director of Engineering, where they directed a group of 60 engineers in developing various complex networking modules. In 2000, they moved to ADC (Bought PairGain) as the Vice President of Product Management, where they rebuilt and led the product management team for the DSL business unit (AVIDIA). In 2002, they co-founded Aktino (Acquired by POSITRON) as the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing, where they had full P&L responsibility for all Tier 1s, 2s, and Europe. In 2013, they joined Comcast Cable as the Vice President of Access Technology Strategy, where they collaborated across divisions to introduce, develop, and deploy new technologies. In 2016, they moved to ADTRAN as the Vice President of Cable & Wireless Strategy and Vice President of Business Development, where they signed a 3-year frame contract with Telecom Egypt and approved Adtran products for a $200M FTTH project. Currently, they are the Vice President of Sales Americas at IP Infusion, where they also hold the role of Vice President of Sales Americas West.
Hossam Salib attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2014, where they completed an Executive Leadership Program. Hossam also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
