Dawn Poustie is a Customer Success Manager at IP Integration since June 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from Hampshire County Council, where roles included Customer Systems Team Lead, C4C Functional Consultant, and Business Analyst between June 2016 and June 2023. During this time, Dawn played a key role in the Digital Transformation programme, implementing new digital technologies such as Sitecore and SAP Cloud for Customer CRM. Dawn's career at Hampshire County Council began in November 2007 as a Customer Service Advisor, focusing on handling inquiries and improving business processes. Prior experience includes various positions at Whitbread from 2000 to November 2007. Dawn's educational background includes studies at Fareham College and BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
