Falon Alo

Director, Humanitarian Services at iParametrics

Falon Alo has a diverse background in the field of disaster recovery, humanitarian response, and advocacy. Most recently, they served as the Director of Case Management at iParametrics, LLC. Prior to that, they were the Director of Domestic Humanitarian Response at CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort). They also worked as an Operations Manager at Tidal Basin Group. Other notable positions include Executive Director at HEARTS & HANDS DISASTER RECOVERY and Nonprofit Consultant at Rebuilding Together Jersey Shore. They have gained experience in community recovery and advocacy through their roles as a Community Recovery Specialist at American Red Cross and Director of Advocacy at NASW-NJ.
