Richard Cappetto

Richard Cappetto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government relations and public service. Currently serving as Senior Director of North American Government Relations at IPC since August 2023, Richard has dedicated their career to enhancing industry standards and public policy advocacy. Prior to IPC, Richard spent nearly 14 years at the U.S. House of Representatives, where roles included Chief Customer Officer, Senior Advisor, Staff Director for the Commission on Congressional Mailing Standards, and professional staff positions within the Committee on House Administration. Richard's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University, a Master of Arts from the U.S. Naval War College, and a certificate in Public Sector Leadership from Cornell University.
