Johanna Zink

Johanna Zink has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at the International Paralympic Committee since September 2020. Prior to this role, Johanna held senior HR positions at FTI Group, including Head of Human Resources, and at Meeting Point International, where responsibilities also included HR leadership. Previous roles include Associate Director of Human Resources International at Lufthansa AirPlus Servicekarten GmbH and various HR roles at Hyatt International, culminating in a managerial position within the EAME region. Johanna began her career as an Administrative Assistant in Human Resources and holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from IHK Koeln.
