Azamat Baltabaev

Azamat Baltabaev is an experienced programme manager currently working at IPC as the Programme Manager for the RSBP in Central Asia and Mongolia since July 2023, focusing on capacity building for financial institutions serving MSMEs. Prior to this role, Azamat spent nine years at IPC - Internationale Projekt Consult GmbH as a Senior Bank Advisor, where responsibilities included implementing regional EBRD programmes for MSMEs and leading various capacity-building initiatives across Central Asian banks. Azamat also served in multiple capacities, including Regional Marketing Representative and Program Manager, concentrating on business development and climate change action financing. Azamat started their career in the banking sector at ProCredit Bank Georgia, initially as a member of the organizational group and later as Head of the Marketing Department. Azamat holds an MBA in Marketing of Banking Services and a BA in Marketing and Management from the American University - Central Asia.
