Luan Huynh is an experienced professional currently serving as the Registrar at the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario since October 2017, overseeing program evaluation and policy development in the Intake Department. Previously, Luan held various roles within the same organization, including Mediator, Early Resolution Analyst, Assistant Registrar Manager, Tribunal Information Coordinator, and Program Assistant, demonstrating expertise in handling access to information appeals and privacy complaints under multiple legislative acts. Luan's past experience includes working as a Legal Assistant at the Ontario Ministry of Labour and as a Paralegal Intern at the Department of Justice Canada. Luan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies with High Distinction from Humber College and a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University, supplemented by a recent Nanodegree in Digital Project Management.
