Anthea Kwong

Anthea Kwong has extensive work experience in customer success and relationship management roles. Anthea started their career at PCCW in 2005 as a Senior Account Manager and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined IPC Systems, Inc. as a Manager, Customer Relationship Management APAC. Anthea was promoted to Senior Manager, Customer Relationship Management APAC in 2019 and currently holds the position of Director, Customer Success APAC.

Anthea Kwong earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2002 to 2005.
