Sales Development – VSD Hvacr

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and results-driven Variable Speed Drives (VSD) Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive sales within the HVACR industry in NSW & ACT. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our class leading and cutting-edge VSD solutions to HVACR professionals, including mechanical and electrical contractors, engineers, facility managers & OEM’s.

Reporting to the Sales Manager for NSW ACT, this role will be based at our Wetherill Park office.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets for VSD products in the HVACR market in NSW & ACT

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Providing expert advice and technical support to customers on VSD applications and benefits.

  • Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions.

  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Experience & attributes:

  • Qualifications in HVACR, Electrical or Mechanical fields

  • Previous experience in sales in the HVACR industry preferred.

  • A strong understanding of the contract and tendering processes.

  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.

  • Be able to demonstrate a high level of competency in the management of KPI's, margins and sales figures.

  • Knowledge in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Proven communication and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent time management and planning skills

  • Must have the ability to travel regionally to clients
