Adam Jones has an extensive work experience in the field of operations, marketing communications, and sales management. Adam is currently working as the Executive General Manager - Operations at IPD since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of General Manager - Custom Solutions and Marketing Communications at IPD from November 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining IPD, Adam worked at APS Industrial as the State Manager from June 2018 to November 2020. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Schneider Electric Australia, where they served in various roles. Adam was the National Manager - Estimating & Custom Production from March 2012 to June 2018. Before that, they served as the NSW Sales Manager - LV Power Solutions from February 2010 to March 2012.

Adam then served as the Product Manager - Motor Control and Low-End Automation from November 2004 to December 2007.

Prior to their tenure at Schneider Electric Australia, Adam worked at Schneider Electric Germany as the Global Product Manager - Industrial Safety Controllers and PLCs from October 2002 to November 2004. Adam also worked at Schneider Electric Australia as an Applications Engineer - HMI and Safety from December 2000 to October 2002.

Adam Jones completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Charles Sturt University between 2009 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Western Sydney University, graduating between 1996 and 2000. Adam Jones also attended St Pauls Grammar School from 1990 to 1995 for their High School education.
