Jannatul Ferdoush has a strong background in customer service and management, currently serving as a Customer Care Executive at IPDC Finance since December 2019. Prior to this role, Jannatul gained experience as a Customer Service Executive at Genex Infosys Limited from February 2019 to July 2019 and as a Customer Care Manager at Grameenphone Ltd from June 2015 to November 2017.
