M.D. abu Osman Shuvo

Md. Abu Osman Shuvo is an experienced professional in the field of internal audit and compliance, currently serving as Manager of Internal Audit & Compliance at IPDC Finance since May 2017. Shuvo's responsibilities include identifying and mitigating operational, credit, asset liability management, and compliance risks, as well as ensuring the financial reliability and efficiency of various departmental operations. Prior to this role, Shuvo held positions as Assistant Manager and Senior Executive Officer in internal audit and compliance at various financial institutions, including CVC Finance Limited and Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation. Shuvo is qualified with a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Islamic University and has pursued professional development through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
