Saadi Uddin Ahmed

Saadi Uddin Ahmed possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Recruiter and HR Business Partner for Retail Business at IPDC Finance since October 2021. Responsibilities include coordinating with department heads for headcount preparation, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring successful onboarding of new employees. Prior to this, Saadi held the position of Deputy Manager in Talent Management and HRBP at Bangla Trac Limited, where alignment of business objectives with HR strategies was achieved. Additionally, experience includes serving as Assistant Manager for Talent Management and Organizational Development at Kazi Farms Group, overseeing performance management for a large employee base, and working at Accenture as a Total Reward Associate. Saadi holds a Master of Professional Human Resource Management from the University of Dhaka, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Independent University, Bangladesh, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, in addition to early educational qualifications in finance and human resources.
